You should put a button to "ask a question" on the LaunchPad home page

It is harder than it has to be to find out how to ask y'all a general question. You should put a button to "ask a question" on the LaunchPad home page.

The launchpad home page is a gateway to a lot of different projects, so having ask a question there would be somewhat confusing - i.e. confusion over which project it would apply to.

I just stumbled upon this one. My issue is, even when I'm in 'Answers' I can't find link to post new question.
To get to where I am now I had to use 'Contact us' link from the bottom of the page. Am I missing something?
p.s.: I work in 'edge' environment with ubuntu 8.10
