Project group creation request for Project Midnight Team

I would like to create a project group, owned by the Project Midnight team, called Midnight Machination at http://launchpad.net/midnightmachination to keep track of all the Project Midnight related work.
This group would keep track of all projects currently owned by Project Midnight and would help keep development on schedule.
The project's purpose is to create a new desktop environment alternative using a single set of libraries, similar to the Enlightenment Desktop Environment project.
The project will start with a new scripting language, and have a minimal desktop Linux distro built using it and Busybox, which will hopefully then be added Distrowatch. Whether or not this distro is appreciated, I plan to continue its development and development of related projects, but proper version control for the entire set of projects would be imperative for bug fixes considering they all use the same set of currently unstable libraries and programming language.
