Snap build: store upload failed for foo

Asked by Claudio André

I set to automatically upload the snap foo to store. When I request a build for foo, I get the error:

----
Launchpad failed to upload this snap package to the store:

  403 Client Error: Forbidden

You can retry the upload here:

  https://launchpad.net/~claudioandre.br/+snap/john-the-ripper/+build/10504
----

I (re) did the authorization step today at 13PM (local time) and got the message:
- Uploads of foo to the store are now authorized.

It is not the first time I tried to wait a few days and (re) authorize.

We should definitely present this error properly, but the problem will either be that you haven't signed the developer agreement (https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/agreements/new/) or you haven't set a developer namespace (https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/account/).

I already have a developer namespace:
   Developer namespace
   claudioandre-br

The developer agreement is redirecting
   https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/agreements/new/ -> https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/click-apps/

Where I can see my (already) published snaps. I found https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/tos/, but I saw no accept button.

Could you please re-post the developer agreement link.
BTW: I can upload snaps to the store myself via 'snapcraft push' or via web.
