Turn off launchpad bugs tags

How can I turn off the tags that show on the right hand side of the bugs page - it causes the page to take over 2 minutes to load.

As it is the bugs system is pretty much unusable to me, obviously this has only happened since the launchpad overhaul.

You can't turn it off. We have bug 59154 reported to address this issue. I'm linking that report to this question so you'll be notified when it's fixed. Unfortunately we have no ETA for the fix yet.
