Increase size of ppa:tsimonq2/kci-unstable-test to 32 GB

I need to make some modifications to the Kubuntu CI tooling and would like to use ppa:tsimonq2/kci-unstable-test to run a test nightly to ensure my modifications are production ready before deploying.

ppa:kubuntu-ci/unstable has 32 GB, and since I would like to replicate this as closely as possible, I would like that to have 32 GB as well.

So I'm deleting the PPA and restarting from scratch as I accidentally had "Rebuild packages" marked when moving Qt over from the KCI Unstable PPA. So please hold off until the new PPA is created from scratch.

(Next time I need to uncheck i386)
