Could you please delete the "https://launchpad.net/tvheadend-git" project I created?

Asked by Michael Marley

I was trying to make automatic nightly builds of the tvheadend project, but the import didn't work and I found another way to do it with my own personal git repositories on Launchpad instead.

You seem to have https://code.launchpad.net/~mamarley/tvheadend-git/+git/tvheadend-git which is part of that project and works; removing the project would make that repository unusable. Are you sure?

(Also, we'll have automatic git-to-git imports soon.)

Thanks for the quick response!

Yes, I'm sure. Thanks for working on the automatic git-to-git imports. This would solve part of the problem, but would leave two others. First, the project already has a debian directory in its repository that I would need to patch or replace in order to do the build the way I want to. If the "nest" functionality of the recipes supported overwriting an existing directory, or if there were filesystem manipulation commands available, that would solve the problem. Second, the project's existing builds use a version number derived from the "git describe" command, but the recipes don't seem to have any support for this. For those reasons, for now I think I will just write a custom script on my own computer to automatically do uploads to a PPA.
