Duplicate account merge

Hi,
Can you please manually merge account patrick-monnerat into mine (monnerat) ? I no longer work for the company holding the target e-mail domain and thus have no more access to it.
As a proof of my identity, I can tell you the (now changed) original e-mail address of the current account was the short form of the patrick-monnerat's one.
