Status of my bugreport has not changed, Why?

The status of my bugreport has not been changed. It has been verified by one more user. But nothing happens.

According to the explanation of the status list, it should change from "new" do "confirmed" when another user confirm the problem.

This bug makes firefox useless in Linux Mint 17.
When will someone fix the problem?

Auto-confirmation of bugs is only enabled for bugs against the Ubuntu distribution. I've marked it as Confirmed manually, although in many cases this is just noise as it won't actually cause maintainers to look at the bug any more quickly.

Since those of us responding to support tickets against Launchpad itself aren't Firefox developers/packagers, we can't advise on when somebody will fix this bug in particular, sorry.

Can you help with this problem?
