Who can edit Launchpad projects?

Do you know who could you configure Launchpad projects like (https://launchpad.net/dos-games), apart from their maintainers?

These projects usually have miss-configurations, and their owners doesn't seem to have been active for years. I have asked Brian Murray, the Ubuntu Bug Master, to do so and he says he doesn't have those permissions.

In this particular case, these are the settings to change:
- Have as home page (http://dosbox.com).
- Have as upstream bug tracker (https://sourceforge.net/projects/dosbox).

That project doesn't look like DOSBox. Instead, it looks like someone has erroneously linked Ubuntu's dosbox source package to it. I've removed the incorrect series links.

Look that (https://launchpad.net/dosbox) haven't had published packages for Ubuntu for a long time, so it could be that it's also the wrong project.

Moreover I'm more interested in knowing who can edit Launchpad projects than what to do for this particular case, as this issue is very recurrent.

Editing a project's home page is restricted to the project owner or members of ~admins; the bug tracker may additionally be configured by the project's bug supervisor, if one exists.
