I have bought a voucher for renew my commercial subscription of the "We-are-here".
Unfortunately when I try to use it, the page is not able to find the project.

I don't know related because the project is not expire yet, or because was handover to me from a previous owner.

Can you help me ?

You can only apply vouchers to commercial projects that you maintain. The current project owner should probably add the we-are-here team to the we-are-here project's "Sharing" page, and then change the maintainer to the we-are-here team. Once both of those things are done, you'll be able to apply the voucher.

I've extended the project's trial so it will remain available if you don't sort out that access in time.

Hi,
I am the owner of the team, I suppose the previous owner of the project
didn't hand over correctly.
The problem now is the guy left the company. How can recover the project ?

thanks

I can confirm that Fabrizio is supposed to take over maintainership for the we-are-here team. I tried to find the we-are-here project's "Sharing" page that you mentioned, but I'm not aware of any we-are-here *project*, there only is a we-are-here *team*. Also, going to https://launchpad.net/~we-are-here/+related-projects shows '“We_are_Here” team doesn't own or drive any projects'. What links exactly am I supposed to click to make Fabrizio the maintainer of the we-are-here team?

Thanks for confirming, Sebastian. The project is at https://launchpad.net/we-are-here, and previously only Sebastian could see it. I've reconfigured things so everyone can see it, and Fabrizio owns both the project and the team.

It probably makes sense for Fabrizio to transfer maintainership of the we-are-here to the ~we-are-here team, so everyone has admin access on the project. The project's maintainer can additionally let other people or teams see the project using the +sharing page.

Thanks William. I guess my confusion about team vs. project arose because while I had registered the team, Jyrki Koistinen apparently registered the project. Thus I was not aware of the project, nor am I clear yet why we even need one. In any case, Jyrki is no longer with us, so we should remove him as the "Driver" for the project.

The maintainer of the project (presently Fabrizio) sees an edit icon next to the maintainer and driver roles, so can easily change them.
