Xfce4-panel Czech translation of Application | Places

How can I help to translate the Xfce4-panel in Xubuntu 8.04 to the Czech language?

While many entries are apparently shared with the general language packs or gnome language packs, the main menu remains in English (Applications Places)..

Also, in default Xubuntu installation with Czech language set as the installation language, the "language-pack-gnome-cs" is not installed which results in GDM interface in English language. Should I file this as a bug?

This package is not in main, and the upstream project is not translated in Launchpad. So I would suggest contacting the upstream translation effort.

The language pack installation issue sounds like a bug in Xubuntu, so you may want to file a bug there.
