zombie account holding wiki name

I'd like to use wikiname Mouz. I can not because it is in use by another account. As far as I can see the account has never been used (de-can; created 2005-08-29). I sent a mail about 6 days ago to the mail address on ~de-can, but I got no reply. I would like to have the Mouz wikiname somehow. Currently I'm using MouzMouz for the wiki name and am redirecting the MouzMouz page it to the Mouz page, which is sub-optimal.

On IRC I was advised to request deletion of the other account here. Its page in launchpad, so to not confuse it with my account, is https://launchpad.net/~de-can

I've change the wiki name for the other account to Mouz-Renamed and changed yours to Mouz, since (s)he clearly wasn't using it.
