Least Privilege user

I am very new to this bug tracker and within ten minutes of creating a new account, was able to inappropriately change bug at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ifenslave/+bug/1288196
from Triaged to Fixed.

I could not change it back to Triaged, but I shouldn't have such privileges granted as a total new person, or at least until I have taken some training or been promoted to a user that can change the status.
I apologize for any inconvenience.
