replying to bugs from email doesnt work

When checking email i reply to them from email and they dont get posted. I have gotten alot of failed emails from LP but i thinki fixed them because i no longer ge the however after changing some settings because emails were not being signed using PGP/MIME i set it to no longer use it. so now t signs emails to people but doesnt sign nor show up on bug reports and i dont get the failure emails anymore. this started once UI was changed but im not blaming the UI but something is really messed up. maybe this should be a bug report but i was told to put it here.
