request project ownership change

I'm the lead developer of the nUbuntu project and would like ownership of its project on Launchpad. Tom Bell has been out of the project for over a year and I've taken over. Unfortunately he is no longer available to switch the permissions over to me.

The project is titled "nubuntu-project" by the way. Sorry for not including that the first time.
