feature wish: cookies-disabled-warning on login-page

I failed to login to launchpad several times and it took #launchpad on freenode to realize that launchpad.net was on my cookiie-blocklist.
To prevent others to get stuck in the same way, launchpad.net software could show a waring in the login-page.
Until this is implemented. At least a sentence like "(cookies required to login!)" could be written there without much effort I suppose.
