Merge Ubuntu Studio teams

At one point https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-studio-devel was created. This should not exist. Please merge it with https://launchpad.net/~ubuntustudio-dev as that is the developers team.

This is stopping us from assigning the proper contact email.
