can't login anymore on launchpad

Hello ...

This morning, I tried to change my main mail address (e-stealth_[nospam]_hotmail.fr) to (cipher16_[nospam]_gmail.com), i've been disconnected, and now with the both address it says that it's not possible to login on the account.

What have I to do to login with my account ?? I've got no mail so ... it's forbidden to change the main address or it's a bug?

Same thing here. The exact message is "This account cannot be used."
I tried to reset the password on both accounts without success.
