Change owner of tcl, tk and tcltk projects from registry to tcltk-team

Could you change the owner of the 'tcl', 'tk' and 'tcltk' projects from 'registry' to 'tcltk-team' please ?

I am an upstream Tcl/Tk maintainer and have just created that team (c.f. official maintainer list at http://tip.tcl.tk/24 and http://tip.tcl.tk/30 )
