Accidentally disclosed personal info / done advertising in a thread

Please advise me how to delete it. It seems I cannot edit the original post.

The problem occurred by my using the post-by-email feature; the information to be removed is in my e-mail signature . .

You'll see a "Hide" link on your comments that prevents anyone else from seeing them.

I appreciate your help. I did not see the 'hide' link before. However: I do not really want to hide the whole comment (though, for the time being, I have). Rather, I want to hide, or delete, part of it. Is this possible, please? Thanks.

No, it's not possible to hide/delete only part of a comment at the moment, I'm afraid.

I think that the reply by e-mail function should come with a warning about e-mail signatures.
