rename request: portage-x86 -> gentoo-x86

Please rename project "portage-x86" to "gentoo-x86", so that https://launchpad.net/portage-x86 becomes https://launchpad.net/gentoo-x86.

They changed the name upstream to reflect the fact that there is now more than one package manager (portage) that works with the packages in the tree.
