delete project screenruler, rename project screen-ruler to screenruler

I am the author of the ScreenRuler project (formerly gruler): https://launchpad.net/screen-ruler

I would like to change the URL to: https://launchpad.net/screenruler

As you can see, the screenruler name is taken. However, it is clearly set up for *my* project (it even links to my blog), but by someone else.

ScreenRuler is now being packaged for Debian/Ubuntu by Siegfried Gevatter (RainCT) as 'screenruler' and it would be great to be consistent between the .deb name and launchpad project name.

Would it be possible to delete the screenruler project in launchpad and rename 'screen-ruler' to 'screenruler'?
