is it possible to restart imports of django?

Hi! I'd like to know if the Django import can be restarted:
https://edge.launchpad.net/django/trunk

I checked the svn url and it seems to be working fine:
http://code.djangoproject.com/svn/django/trunk/

it's almost up to date in here: https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/django/trunk

I don't know why it says it's stopped in the Releases series overview page, but I think it's related to the old code import stuff.
