Answers section configuration: bug or permission problem?

Is the 'Configuring Answers' dialog broken/incomplete, or do I lack permissions to configure an external url?
When I check 'External', there's no way to enter a url below the question that asks for it.

Tested with current Firefox and Chromium, and being project admin (trying this out at inkscape-web project).

Hi, Hachmann, in light of no answers, no, you don't lack the permissions to set Answers. This is by default. I had made a "test" project, and tried to configure external Answers, and it appears, that, there is no option.

Can you help with this problem?
