For confirmation, do you mean that Middle French has no plural forms?

sometimes they put a 'x' a 'z' or a 's' at he end of a plural adjective or noun but often they put nothing. It is the writer's choice. So it is not necessary to deal with the plural form.

I asked for "set up ubuntu-l10n-frm translation team" (#36443) a couple of days ago and I have not been answered yet.

Thank you. I've pointed the Ubuntu translations coordinator to the other question.
