partman-reiserfs import stuck on lock

The logs from https://code.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/partman-reiserfs/trunk indicate that this import has been stuck on a lock for months (not on bazaar.launchpad.net, so I can't break it from here). Could you break this presumably stale lock, please?
