Please change the driver of phpbb project

Hi!

Can I become the driver of phpbb project? Currently nobody maintains it, and branches weren't even reconfigured to the new phpBB's SVN. I'm not a member of phpBB Group, but I'm a founder of phpBB3.PL (one of Polish phpBB supports), mainainer of official phpBB3's Polish language pack and member of phpBB QA team.

https://edge.launchpad.net/phpbb is currently owned by Russell John (russell.john). It might be best to start by contacting him and seeing if he's interested in having ownership transferred or getting the project up to date.
