Spammers reject questions

New problem with our spammers: Now they reject valid questions, so they are no longer visible in the list, and then mark themselves as the person who has solved the question.

Fun fact: Even after I have added myself as an answer contact, I cannot change the status back to 'Answered'.

Would it be possible to allow these things only to a certain set of people, and to only allow 'anyone' to ask and answer questions? It's annoying enough that way.

That would make sense, but I've converted your question into a bug, which is more appropriate for requests to change how the software works.
