When I'm trying to rename phpbb3-pl to phpbb3.pl, Launchpad tells me "phpbb3.pl is already used by another project". Can you remove this message or rename this project?

Ah, right. We deactivate rather than delete - I've renamed it to phpbb3.pl-inactive, so the name you want should be free now.
