Free up user from namespace who doesn't use Launchpad

Hello, ~michael is currently taken on Launchpad but "Michael deTreville does not use Launchpad. This page was created on 2005-06-14." and there is naturally no karma or anything in this page or associated with this account. I am moderately active on Launchpad and would really appreciate this nickname, is it possible that I could have it instead? I appreciate any response and help, thanks in advance!
