Take over an inactive accout name for use as a team

I was wondering if the inactive 0 karma account ~mysql could be removed so that I can create a team of the same name for MySQL Project coordination. Of course, to solve race conditions, if it could be turned into a team with me as an owner directly, that would be stellar. Otherwise, just being removed would be dandy.

I'm fairly certain that "aaaa" is not actually a user. :)
