What is the max age for spam to be reported?

I came across some spam (a bug report opened clearly for the purposes of trolling) which was posted about a year ago and marked as Invalid. The user has since not been active, is this spam something to report or does its age make it not important any more? I know that this person has since trolled and spammed elsewhere, but not again on LP.
