Launchpad has not yet attempted this import. The vcs-imports operator will review the source details and either mark the series "Do not sync", or perform a test import. If the test import is successful, a public import will be created. After the public import completes, it will be updated automatically.

Uh, you know you can test things on staging.launchpad.net?

I don't think importing from that svn url is going to work.
