Two projects, one branch, two subscriptions

I have two projects: sesyncon and rapport. Rapport has a trunk branch, and I want to subscribe sesyncon-head-developers to it with revision changes, and sesyncon-managers to it with attribute changes. Unfortunately it only lets me, a member of both teams, modify sesyncon-manager's subscription, and not sesyncon-head-developers.

What's the best way to accomplish what I'm after here?
