HELP!!! INBOX OVERFLOWING!!!

GOODNESS GRACIOUS!!! I subscribed only yesterday and today I have more than 150 emails!!! Only one of them repied my question.

Q1.- Is there any way to get replies ONLY to my question posted?

Q2.- If not possible, How can I unsubscribe?
