Can't access to 1496243 by some reason

Can't access to 1496243 by some reason. It's related to a driver I'm maintaining in the Linux kernel.
How can I get an access?

That bug is recorded as containing proprietary information. I've subscribed Emily Chien (who reported it) and Franz Hsieh and Phidias (who are assigned to it); they can subscribe you to it and thus grant you access if they think it's appropriate to do so.

Hi Andy,

You can refer to https://bugs.launchpad.net/hwe-next/+bug/1501580 instead. As Colin said, bug 1496243 contains proprietary information and we couldn't open it up, but we created bug 1501580 so that it contains enough public information for the same issue.

BTW I could not reproduce the issue after X360's firmware got upgrade and we couldn't get it downgrade because ODM couldn't find the old firmware (doh), so I can't verify the patch with the affected hardware. If I can get one I'd love to work with you to verify this fix (or other things I may help).
