What licence are the software and logos under?

I'm wondering what template to use on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Launchpad-homepage-20080425-ver_1.2.3-build_5983.png , which is a screenshot of the launchpad homepage for use in the [[Launchpad (website)]] article.

While it would definately qualify as fair use, are the logos, css, etc under a free license at the moment?
