Accepted translations now appear as suggestions

I have previously translated many pages, all of which were previously accepted. Now, they ALL appear as suggestions, which I can accept. I am still a member of the language's translating team, en_CA. Is this a bug?

for example: (change it to show untranslated; also note that I have gone back and retranslated a few pages.)

These are Firefox and Xulrunner translations. These are exactly the two packages where we use the XPI file format, and support for that format is still under active development. What you ran into is a growing pain from that development.

We previously didn't get the message contexts right, because XPI files turned out to be a bit more unruly in practice than we had expected. Fixing that changed the message contexts when importing files, and that would turn most previous translations into suggestions.

Frankly we hadn't realized that many translations would have been made in Launchpad already. We figured it was better to fix this as soon as possible and re-import the upstream translations, so we'd save translators from more pain later. There were some other urgent things to do, and there was just no time to work out a painless migration. I'm very sorry that this has caused you trouble!

So what should I do about this? Is it necessary for me to go through these translations again, or should I leave them?

I'd suggest doing nothing for the coming few days: we're working to import new upstream translations, and those may make a lot of the work unnecessary. Once we have those imports in, it becomes worthwhile going over the untranslated strings again.
