Separate Media Relations Team from Laptop Team

Currently the relationship between the Marketing Team and Laptop Team: Ubuntu Marketing Team -> Ubuntu Media Relations -> Ubuntu Laptop Team. When a bug related to the Laptop Team is updated, the Marketing Team gets an email.

The easiest change might be to drop the the Media Relations Team (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-press-team) from being a Laptop Team (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-laptop) subteam.
