What is the proper way to remove myself from a project?

Asked by Richard Laager

A while back, I filed a bug that affected openSUSE. I wanted to link that in Launchpad (that concept being part of Launchpad's magical goodness), so I created a Launchpad openSUSE project. Now, I'm listed as the owner on that. Who should I change the owner to? Thanks!

There's no real harm to you being the owner of that project. If an openSUSE developer (or someone else with an interest in taking over the Launchpad project for openSUSE) comes along and would like to claim the project we'll be happy to transfer it to them, but in the meantime we can leave as is.

Can you help with this problem?
