bug-related emails - add unsubscribe to bottom of emails

Asked by arnox

i have once commented on a bug, and for over a year now, i'm receiving email messages that i don't want. the account preferences has nothing on stopping email.
i find it irresponsible not to have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of these messages. none of the bug related links under my account has anything that i'm
subscribed to, but the emails keep coming.

At this point, ..I don't want to post anything else, because I'll only get more spam. I'm contemplating changing the email account to something I'll create just for
you on gmail - and never look at again, ...and flagging you as spammers on gmail. None of that is what I REALLY want to do. Make it stop, or let me stop this
nonsense. If it's there and easy to do, it's not obvious enough to me.

Thanks,
-a

Here is what's at the bottom of the emails:

K, I figured it out, but you really should include the link to unsubscribe in every message.

Arnox,

How did you stop the emails. I've got the same problem. I'd really appreciate a description of what you did. Thanks.

Why would you complain so much about something, then when you solve it yourself, not share your solution so others can avoid your frustration?

I'm in the same boat -- where is "unsubscribe" hidden on the website? And, yes, the email messages should definitely include an unsubscribe link. Regards,
