Please create "Taroko" language (ISO 639-3: trv)

Asked by Arne Goetje

Please create the "Taroko" language.

ISO 639-3: trv
English Name: Taroko
Native Name: Truku
Orientation: LTR
Script: Latin
Plurals: 0 (no plurals at all)

Locale data is currently not available yet, but I'm adding it to Unicode CLDR for version 1.6.

Thanks! :)

Still missing is the information on where the language is spoken. Also, I haven't made this language visible yet. We can do that if people are willing to translate to it.
