The current email address <email address hidden> points to is expiring in a month and I would like to change it to <email address hidden>. I changed my primary contact address to this in Launchpad but while launchpad emails now go to that address, emails to <email address hidden> do not.

Hello,

When did you change your primary contact address? Changes to @ubuntu.com destination addresses are processed in batches, so can take a few days.

If it's been a week or more since you changed the address, let me know and I'll ask one of our sysadmin guys to make the change manually.

Indeed, I falsely believed that they were updated at the same time. Everything is working fine now though, thank you.
