Large uploads to PPAs time out

I have been unable to upload large orig.tar.gz as part of a package upload to my ppa since the release of Hardy.

dput show the upload going quite slowly but it stalls several kilobytes from finishing the upload and the package is not listed as being accepted or rejected.

I suspect that there is a timeout variable for uploads that is being exceeded due to heavy load in the Canonical DC.

Would it be possible to get this investigated?

The intermittent issue exists and is reported in bug #251685.
