the vala vcs-import is broken

The vala vcs import used to point to http://svn.gnome.org/svn/vala/trunk/vala which was wrong as only a subfolder was mirrored, this was fixed and now it points to http://svn.gnome.org/svn/vala/trunk, but it seems like vcs-import still imports the code from the old location.
