please upgrade formats for kubuntu-hardy and xubuntu-hardy branches

Please upgrade ~ubuntu-core-doc/ubuntu-doc/xubuntu-hardy and ~ubuntu-core-doc/ubuntu-doc/kubuntu-hardy from dirstate-with-subtree format to rich-root-pack. Thanks.

Done. I also reconciled the branches while I was there.

Michael - if this is easy to do, perhaps you could also convert the other branches in ubuntu-doc that are in dirstate-with-subtree? In particular dapper, edgy, feisty, gutsy - I think the *-intrepid branches are all already upgraded.

If not, I'm happy to do it remotely.
