How to know if an acquataince is registered?

How to know if an acquataince is registered at launchpad.?I tried by typing its name on register (how dumb of me, shame). As that is not the way (please pardon my ignorance), I want to delete that action so that it may not be bothered and to know which is the way to know if an acquataince is registered. If you consider this question irrelevant (its not very important) please dont bother with it. Thank you.

You can go to the https://launchpad.net/people page and then enter his Name or email in the search box - if he is registered his name and login will show in the table below.
Not sure about the rest of your question (about deleting an action) - could you clarify it?

Thank you very much for your generous help. As of the thing of deleting actions, dont worry much about it. It is not really important.
