No its not possible because the ubuntu philosophy states that everything is 100% free... More on ubuntu philosophy...

This question has been moved to Launchpad Translations, but the Launchpad Translations application is a separate thing from Ubuntu. Ubuntu is merely one of its users. The Translations development team is not giving out rewards for translating Ubuntu.

Be careful when using the term "free" here: in this context it generally refers to freedom, not price. There is no inherent contradiction between freedom and making money. Also, the fact that Ubuntu comes at zero price does not mean that no money is invested in producing it.
