Why keep the janitor turned on, if the launchpad people are too busy to respond, before the janitor does it's work?

I understand your frustration with questions not being dealt with quickly (which in this case I would suggest is because we don't currently have good spam management tools in LP), but have questions expire after 15 days is a good way of getting the question in front of the relevant people again to see if it still applies, or still needs completing. Kind of like a reminder... "Expired" does not mean "invalid", it means "expired".
