Mailing list creation pending for long time

Hello

I have requested the creation of a mailing list for my team NSsbackup-team https://edge.launchpad.net/~nssbackup-team/+mailinglist and the mailing list creation is said to be pending for a few minutes. But it's been for days now. :-(
Is it normal or is it a bug ?

Due to a problem in our xmlrpc server your mailinglist couldn't be activated. Barry is already looking into the issue.
